Job Summary:  Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is partnering with a local company in Blaine to find a Receptionist for an exciting new full-time opportunity. This is a temporary position that starts right away and is expected to go until September but could turn into a long-term position for the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a great attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

Answering phone calls and relay messages
Greet and check in incoming visitors
Schedule receiving appointments and monitor, update, and change appointment calendars as needed
Announce appointment arrivals
Complete paperwork for drivers when they arrive
Maintain a clean environment in the driver’s lounge
Provide general office support to warehouse and USDA imports

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
