Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour / 22.5 hours per week
We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-first individual to join our team in a hybrid role that blends front desk hospitality with marketing and promotions support.
This is a highly visible position—you’ll be the first face and voice our clients, listeners, and community members experience. From greeting guests to supporting campaigns behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in keeping our team connected and our brand running smoothly. Knowledge of Xcel and Canva a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist visitors as the front desk greeter
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and energy
- Check guests in and out, and assist prize winners
- Support the General Manager and Brand Managers with:
- Event coordination
- Marketing campaigns and promotions
- Reporting and internal communications
- Assist with graphics and proposal creation
- Help track advertising performance and support digital reporting

- Dependable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Interest in media, marketing, or advertising is a big plus

- Base salary + commission.
- Year 1 average earnings: $60,000–$80,000.
