Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support both our Traffic and Sales Departments in a fast-paced radio broadcasting environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate scheduling of commercial inventory, maintaining client records, supporting sales initiatives, and providing administrative assistance to department staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Traffic Department Support
- Assist with entering and maintaining commercial orders in traffic software.
- Verify commercial schedules and ensure accuracy of advertiser placements.
- Coordinate with programming, production, and sales teams to resolve scheduling issues.
- Generate and distribute traffic reports as needed.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, affidavits, and broadcast logs.
Sales Department Support
- Enter and update customer information in sales systems.
- Process contracts, orders, and sales documentation.
- Track sales activity and assist with generating reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with radio traffic software, CRM systems, or media sales support is a plus but not required.

- Base salary + commission.
- Year 1 average earnings: $60,000–$80,000.
