💼 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

📞 Serve as the first point of contact—answering inbound calls, voicemails, chats, and messages promptly and professionally
🗓️ Schedule and coordinate service calls (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) efficiently for both customers and technicians
🤝 Build relationship-focused conversations that emphasize whole-home solutions and long-term customer trust
🧠 Use critical thinking to creatively solve customer and scheduling challenges
👥 Support team members while delivering world-class customer service
💬 Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication, and active listening skills
😌 Keep a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor—even in high-pressure situations
⏱️ Manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
🧹 Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Full-Time Position
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
✅ Experience & Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
