What are we looking for?

If you answered yes to these then we’d like to talk to you. We’re looking for a hard-working landscape maintenance crew with a positive attitude, takes initiative, is energetic and punctual, and would like to run their own crew. The ability to adapt and learn new skills is essential for this job.. We have a limited time opportunity available for someone to quickly advance to a foreman position. Quick learners and those with landscape maintenance experience, are encouraged to apply! Full training will be provided.

Position Title:

Landscape Maintenance Lead

What will you be doing?

Load crew with necessary tools and supplies for the day
Follow route and complete jobs, communicating with customers, working collaboratively with your team, which includes crew members and supervisor.
Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, pruning (training provided), and mulching.

What do you need to know?

Quick learning and problem-solving skills will be a plus.
Desires to be part of something larger than themselves.
Can learn to be skillful, efficient, and safe with complicated tasks.
Can set a goal, take action to conquer it, and see a project through.
Has had at least 1 year experience in landscape maintenance as a job, mowing, trimming, etc.
Has had at least 1 year driving and truck and trailer combo.
Can pass a drug test and background check, are at least 17 years old, and able to lift 70 lbs.
Have a valid Driver’s License.

Wage: $22-$27/hr DOE
