Summary: Under supervision of Manager/Maintenance Lead, installs, maintains and repairs all building systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent
Certification from a college or technical school
OR completion of a trade school apprenticeship program
Four years as maintenance personnel in a commercial, industrial or facilities operations setting
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, electrical schematics, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Must have strong trouble shooting ability and capable of following direction
Perform heavy physical labor

Follow and give oral and written instructions
Maintain cooperative working relationships

Applicable code requirements, including those Ability to work from plans and specifications
Methods and practices followed in the maintenance of tools, machinery and equipment
Safety precautions to be observed in the maintenance and installation of electronic and mechanical equipment
Licensing Requirements:

Class III Gaming License
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
Essential Job Functions:

Ensures complete guest satisfaction AND treats guests in friendly and helpful manner.
Ensures that Quality Standards and Service are maintained for Property, Product, and People.
Supports established policies and procedures for SRC.
Track labor, parts, and machine history in plant CMMS.
Maintain a written log of any highlights occurring during shift coverage in conjunction with proper pass down entries.
Maintain flexibility with regard to schedule due to changing business needs.
Performance of routine maintenance and repairs to plant refrigeration systems, including Freon, glycol, and chilled water systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of boiler systems, including condensate, gas, air, and water (hot and cold) systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of all wastewater equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of plant building, both interior and exterior including some yard maintenance and snow removal.
Perform electrical repairs on all facility-related electrical systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on all facility equipment as required.
Assist with production/processing maintenance as required.
Completion of all required maintenance documentation.
May train and direct the work of other Maintenance staff in the area
Assists and serves as back up to other Maintenance team members
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Physical/Mental Requirements:

Lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)
Bending, standing, climbing or walking
Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trades
Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical and other environmental hazards
Working conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to tobacco fumes
The team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock
The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration.
