Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical systems along with diagnostics. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction while working on a variety of vehicles, moslty Domestic and Japanese.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems and powertrain components.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, Digital inspections
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive issues and customer concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors regarding their vehicle’s repair needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Experience

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
Proficiency in working with light duty truck and diesel vehicles is preferred but not required.
Solid mechanical knowledge, including the ability to learn to weld when necessary.
Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics and other components on a vehicle.
Experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with coworkers and customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
