$18.00/hr to start with a $1.00/hr raise after 6 months

2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm
$18.00/hr to start with $1.00/hr shift differential and $1.00/hr raise after 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle raw materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, scaling, labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
2. Move products between different temperature areas using carts or racks
3. Inspect product for quality and consistency, ensuring company standards are met
4. Report any defects or issues with materials, products, or equipment to the supervisor
5. Record production data, such as product counts and weights if applicable
6. Communicate effectively with line leads, supervisors, and other team members about production or challenges

QUALIFICATIONS
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong work ethic and reliability
– Flexibility to work overtime as needed
– Basic communication skills and self-motivation
