Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local Whatcom County manufacturer to find an experienced Parts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity working with a company that offers competitive pay and benefits!

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys balancing customer service with inventory management and logistics. If you are organized, technically inclined, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, you will fit right in!

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM – 4:40 PM

Location: Whatcom County

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

Manage parts inventory: tracking, ordering, stocking
Handle customer orders via phone, walk-ins, and email
Pack and ship customer orders via UPS and other carriers
Receive incoming freight and process purchase orders
Provide outstanding customer service and technical support
Maintain accurate records and work within internal systems/software
