Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local Ferndale company to find an amazing Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits!

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/HR

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Ferndale, WA

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

Process customer order requests received via email & phone directly from
customers or members of the sales team
Provide timely communication to customers that advises them of order processing
and fulfillment timelines
Ensure orders are entered in efficiently, accurately, and in a timely fashion
Prioritize all escalated requests and provide expedited resolution for any aging
orders
Coordinate with other CSRs and Warehouse Teams to ensure that the customer
Orders are processed appropriately
Establish familiarity with product catalog, features, and service model to
effectively support customers and communications
Manage group e-mail and own responsibility for all requests for the assigned
business groups
Processing incoming requests via phone, email, or internal client communications
in a timely and effective manner
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met regarding case processing times
Prioritize all escalated requests and provide expedited resolution for any aging
cases
Prepare credit/debit memos and send to customer
Coordinate with the client for required approvals
Follow up until resolution and send confirmation to the customer
Send return request forms to customers to fill out and return
Process customer requests while adhering to defined returns/ sales policies
Coordinate with CSRs/ Sales for needed information and approvals
Provide notifications and coordinate with customers and carriers to ensure
pickups of material and routing to the appropriate facility or customer (ship-to)
address
Provide follow-ups to customers, warehouse teams regarding requests
