Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

Respond to all incoming phone calls and emails
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare quotations, invoices using MS Office Software and Salesforce
Maintains a clean and organized office environment
Communicate with Purchasing to procure materials and manage delivery
Active sales, active lead follow-up, and past customer follow-up
Data entry and market research
