Operations Assistant -Offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, contributing to the provision of essential medical equipment and services. Responsibilities:

– Verify insurance coverage for patients and process insurance claims efficiently.

– Manage employee chart follow-up, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

– Handle third-party billing procedures with attention to detail and adherence to regulations.

– Perform Medicaid billing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

– Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including reconciliations and collections.

– Post transactions in QuickBooks software accurately.

– Complete daily bank deposits with precision and integrity.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in insurance verification and medical billing, preferably in the durable medical equipment industry.

– Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
