Are you detail-driven, organized, and great with numbers? We’re looking for a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team during a key period. If you enjoy accuracy, teamwork, and a steady workflow, this role could be a perfect fit!

⭐ What You’ll Do

Accurately post invoices into the accounting system
Review and apply approved credits to invoices
Enter chargebacks for major retailers (volume discounts, rebates, Walmart Volt expenses, etc.) as directed
Assist with claims and follow customer requirements through to resolution
Support the AR Lead and collaborate with the broader team
⭐ What You Bring

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong skills using Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and ERP accounting software
Excellent communication — written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
Comfortable working in a paperless environment
Organized and self-directed while contributing to a supportive team
