Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and written correspondence
Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
Answer multi-line phones and transfer call
Take and distribute messages
Maintain detailed customer account information
Data entry
Providing a positive customer service experience on the phone, via email, and in person
