Job Summary:  Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local financial firm in Bellingham to find an experienced Client Service Associate to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Bellingham, WA

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

Client account servicing and maintenance such as preparing documents associated with new accounts, held away positions and alternative investments, monitoring account transfers, rollovers, and incoming funds, annual RMDs
Processing fund transactions, including check requests, wires, and ACH
Advisor support for account review summaries, portfolio performance reports
Trade support for advisors, including periodic & recurring buys/sells
Accounting for and tracking held-away positions, activity, redemptions, and reconciliation
Processing and distribution of estate accounts, death & divorce account transitions
Support of other daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, scheduling appointments, contact updates, and other front office support
FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 7, 63, and 65)
Associate or bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or finance
Prior industry experience
Experience with Redtail CRM
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ie, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other Office 365 products
