Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers’ homes
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure appliances are in working conditions
Document and report all activities and maintain accurate repair records
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide repair status
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry best practice
Read and understand schematics
Handyman mindset
Move and lift up to 100lbs
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Clean driving record
Certification in a relevant technical field
This is a safety-sensitive position, and a federal drug screen is required
