📌 What You’ll Do

Invoice completed orders daily
Submit invoices to clients via mail, email, and client portals
Receive and process payments, including deposits and ACH transactions
Maintain organized filing systems for completed documents
Collaborate with project managers on account status updates
Assist with aging reports and collections on past-due accounts
Reconcile accounts and prepare month-end reports
Support month-end close and audit processes
Work cross-functionally to support team and company goals

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume accounts and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required)
Experience with accounting software (Sage preferred; training available)
3–5 years of accounting or related experience
Accounting degree preferred (not required)
