Join our growing team as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting employees and leadership across the organization. This is a hands‑on position where no two days are the same—and your work truly makes an impact.

💼 About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily administration of HR functions and programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance. You’ll also serve as a welcoming front‑desk and administrative resource for employees, visitors, and leadership.

✅ What You’ll Do

Support onboarding for new hires, seasonal rehires, and H‑2A employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data entry
Provide front desk support: greet visitors, manage calls, and direct inquiries
Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
Process invoices accurately and on time
Receive and distribute mail and packages
Maintain office and department supply inventories
Coordinate company events and employee activities
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Support workplace safety by following established protocols
🧠 What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and in‑person)
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
🎓 Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
1 year of HR, administrative, or payroll experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
💪 Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Work indoors and outdoors, including office and greenhouse settings
Lift or carry up to 30 lbs. occasionally
Operate golf carts or bicycles as needed
💵 Pay Range and Benefits

$24.00 – $26.00 per hour
