Pay: $18-$21/HR with increases every three months for the 1st year

Position Type: Evaluation
Location: Burlington, WA

Shifts: 6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am with a rotating schedule.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

·                     Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position.

Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements, soldering experience is an asset.
Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
Check final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods.
Production reporting
Ensure profitable business operations.
Complete other tasks as required and/or directed.
Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws.
Skills and Qualifications:

Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to distinguish between colors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Production experience
Adaptable
Basic computer skills
